Returning items for refund
Refunds may be given for unwanted items returned in the exact condition they were sent. However shipping and handling charges are not refundable. No refunds will be given on goods returned that have been used or damaged due to poor return packaging or shippment. Returns are subject to a 20% handling charge.
Items found to be damaged or defective will be replaced at no cost. Simply call for an authorization, ship it back to us, and we will send you a replacement and reimburse for shipping upon receiving the merchandise back.
Call first! - Only authorized returns will be accepted.
All return/defect claims must be made within 10 days of purchase.
Credits will be issued within 10 days of the items return.
