In a segment broadcast on the Spanish radio program *El Larguero* on May 12, journalist Manu Carreño offered a critical assessment of Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez’s performance during a recent press conference. Carreño sharply contrasted Pérez’s current demeanor with his past form.
“I have always admired your impeccable past speeches – clear, direct. But today, I did not see that version of you,” Carreño said bluntly. “What I saw was a president whose statements were disjointed, clearly under emotional strain, and one who seems to have made too many enemies while facing pressure from all sides.”
